Number of Jobs in India has gone down in last few months but still we tried to figure out Most Popular Jobs in India. These data are collected from various sources and shows which sector gave how many jobs in last 2-3 years. We have listed top jobs in India for the year 2013 based on previous growth shown in these sectors. Data and List may vary with other lists but all in all these data reflects overall moment of Jobs growth in India according to sector in last two to three years.

12,000 + jobs added since 2010, 5% growth

A core sector with research and development facility available in India with many Indian Company leading in this sector. This helps in producing more jobs in Mechanical Engineering. Though Initial pay is not that high but if we include all other perks and facilities which are given to employees then it is quite handy. Mechanical Engineering never saw any downfall in job opportunities though ups and downs are part of it also.

Though last few months Industrial development has taken a hit but still if we count last 2-3 years than this sector has shown steady growth with more than 13,000 job opportunities

15,000 + jobs added since 2010, 5% growth
One of the hottest sector for Job opportunities which will show immense growth in near future. It Security and Web Development are latest trend in choosing career and global boom even in recession period itself shows how much job this sector will create in near future.

7. Network Analyst and Computer Systems Administrators
17000 + jobs added since 2010, 4% growth
System admin and Network Analyst jobs grew at a very good rate. Main reason behind this growth is penetration of Computer system in every offices in India, and to handle that you need a network analyst and system administrators. Another IT sector jobs which is now proving to be the backbone of Indian Economy and Employment.

Sales sector is one of the few sectors which is holding and still producing jobs even though most of the sectors including have seen downfall. In last 2- years Sales sector has shown steady growth in producing jobs and added more than 18000 jobs.

Though from few months Human Resource and training has taken a hit but still on 2-3 year basis it is one of the best jobs in India and hopefully will show growth in next few months.

26,000 + jobs added since 2010, 5% growth
Adding more than 26,000 jobs at a rate of 5% growth Computer System Analyst is still on of the hot favorite job in market and will remain so with technology dependency is increasing in India.

3. Market Research Analysts and Marketing Specialists
30,000 + jobs added since 2010, 6% growth
In last few years marketing tactics are changed and this helped in increasing job opportunity in marketing research and analysis. Marketing jobs added more than 30,000 employee in last 2-3 years.

2. Accountants and Auditors
37,000 + jobs added since 2010, 7% growth
One of the fastest growing sectors in term of creating Job opportunity in India, and young generation are choosing Accountants and Auditors Careers frequently now. This Sector will continue to rise in near future and will produce more job opportunities.

1. Software Developers (Applications and Systems Software)
70,000 + jobs added since 2010, 7% growth
With 70,000 + jobs and growth of 7% IT sector still remains hottest and fastest growing sector in India and producing most jobs in India. And since IT is an essential part of economy we don't see any huge decline in this sector.
